Notes for Review

Beachy Head is operated by the Southern Hang Gliding Club and is subject to rules that are policed by Eastbourne Council. It is therefore important that pilots flying there are fully aware of these rules and strictly comply with them.

Flying the site in the summer months can be potentially dangerous when the sea temp is lower than the land. The air is reluctant to rise up and over the cliff.
